The one-year warranty means a one-year complete warranty available with all new TV modules governed by the below-mentioned terms and conditions.
The extended Warranty offer is valid across India.

   The extended warranty offer is applicable on purchases of 24inch, 32inch. 40inch, 43inch, 50inch, 55inch, 65inch, and above REINTECH LED TV from selected authorized dealers/ distributors / REINTECH brand shops and is applicable only on panel / Module of the said TV subject to the following terms and conditions.
   The panel/module of the LED TV shall be repaired or replaced during the extended warranty period as per the company policy. The company decision shall be final as per the circumstances. In the event of non-availability of original spares, the company may offer, as per company policy, the depreciated value of the product.
   Extended warranty does not cover any other parts other than panel/Module such as: Aesthetic/plastic parts, power supply, adapter, Main Cub, PCB, Remote control, cabinets, stand accessories such as cable (HDMI, AV DVI, etc.) 3D image sticking/Image retention in panel/ module is not covered under the extended warranty.
   For units installed beyond municipal and geographical limits of the jurisdiction of the company’s Authorized Service Centre, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the nearest authorized service center and bring the unit to the authorized service centre at his own cost and risk all expense incurred with deputing of service personnel/technician toward conveyance and other incidentals, etc. will be born by the customer, charges for transportation and handling may vary from location. The customer is advised to verify before. In case the customer desire to bring the unit on its own to the authorized service centre, the same shall be at its own risk & consequences. The concerned authorized service centre will advise the customer whether the repairs are to be done at the site or at the authorized service centre.
   Module defects like dark pixels & bright pixels are considered as defects strictly as per company policy. For LED Greater than 5 pixels OLED>15 pixels.
   Repairs or replacements will be carried out by the authorized service centre of REINTECH in case the customer shifts the place of residence during the warranty period, it is advised to contact our Customer Care number (1800-572-2220).

   The customer needs to provide the original dealer invoice and duty-filled extended warranty card for claiming the extended warranty.
   In case of repairs or replacement of any parts of the unit, the warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Where a replacement is provided, the product of part replace becomes the property of REINTECH. REINTECH may replace parts with refurbished once. Replacement of parts would be purely out the discretion of REINTECH alone, In case the replacement of the entire unit is being made (subject to the sole discretion of REINTECH), the same model shall be replace and in the event such model has been discontinued, it shall be replace with model equipment as demand by REINTECH the warranty on replacement model shall remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty based on original purchase.
   Only filled and stamp original extended warranty card is valid and acceptable
   Call register with the centralized helpline wherein only cleaning of the unit/parts in the unit due to dust accumulation are not be considered as warranty defects and will be charged to customer.

   In case of any damage to the product/customer abuse/ repairs by unauthorized personal’s misuse detected by the authorized service center personnel, the warranty condition are not applicable will be done subject to availability of parts only under warranty period extended warranty does not cover failure due to natural calamity like earthquake, cyclone, high voltage, natural pouring, wear and tear etc. and/or other factors specified in original warranty card.
